Monthly rates are available for families based on a yearly commitment. Monthly rates include unlimited usage based on your selection. Invoices for Monthly Rates are issued at the beginning of each month. Payments begin September 1, 2026 and re-occur through June 1, 2027.

In the event you wish to cancel your monthly rate, notice must be received 15 days prior to your next payments withdrawal date.

Casual rates are available for families throughout the year. Allegro-In-Between is also available to you on a casual basis.

Registration for Allegro-In-Between and casual extended day care can be made by calling Allegro’s Office Manager @ (306) 931-4000, or by sending a Brightwheel message. Casual extended day care and Allegro-in-Between may be booked in advance or on the day you need it.

Invoices for all Casual Rates will be issued after the last day of each month. Casual rates are based on recorded usage from the 1st to the 31st of the previous month.

Additional Information

If you are paying monthly rates and use casual Extended Care as well, you will receive two separate invoices. Your initial rate selection is based on information you provided in your on-line application. To update your information please contact Allegro’s office manager.

Any student not picked up before 3:45 p.m. will be sent to Extended Care and contacts will be notified immediately for pick up. Casual rates will be charged as outlined above.

Outstanding Accounts

Your child will not be permitted to attend Extended Care programs if your Monthly or Casual invoices become two months in arrears.
